This logo seems to be a "Channel Logo" replacement, which usually looks like this:

How do I put such logo to a channel, if I am the owner of the server?

  The "Book Logo", is a logo for a rules channel, and you need to be Partner of Discord (o have a verified server) to put that on.

  That Book icon is the Rules or Guidelines Channel, and the Hashtag channel is every time you create a normal channel...
  You need to turn on Community Server option in your server to get Rules & Announcement Channel 
  [It doesn't need your server to be Partner or Verified nowadays, go enable that Community Server option server and you're good to go. Even if you are the only one in the server :)]
  You can also disable Community Server at any time :D
