I can't zoom in while changing my profile picture

When I try to change my profile picture I can't zoom in on the picture to adjust.

It would be great if this was fixed soon because i change profile pictures pretty often.

    So far all i know to fix the problem is to frame the picture perfectly, but that would be pretty hard to do for most people...
