More Accurate Time Spent Playing

For the first hour you play something it tracks the time exactly down to the second, but once it moves to hours it just says x hours. It'd be nice to see x hours and how many minutes so I know how long I've been playing something. It would also be nice if there was an optional thing to see how much time in total you have played any given game/application.
