my acc got disabled and discord is not answering

so my account got disabled and idk the reason for this, i sent them email and support and still nobody is answering me, what should i do????

    they're experiencing lots of staff shortages due to covid, just wait a while, all support requests are taking more time rn

    but i need this account as soon as possible because i use discord for a lot of important things and a lot of personal things r there and i cant lose them

    Even if they do get back to you, it won't matter: Discord's Banning System is handled by bots. Trying to get in touch with them via email is fruitless. It will either never respond, or only spout out automated messages back to you, accusing you of things that you may or may not have done.

     

    If you want to regain your friends, what I would recommend doing is use your phone to get into Discord (in airplane mode so it doesn't kick you out), copy the IDs of every single person you need to get in touch with and paste them all into a file. You can use their User ID to get their name and tag, that way you can friend them again on your new account.

    Right. They don't care about the people who use their platform. They simply allow you on it so that they can turn you into a Data Farm and sell it away.

     

    I've known quite a few people who had Nitro, were constant supporters of Discord, and their accounts were deleted without appeal. That's clear evidence that Discord won't even bat an eye if a few of their Cash Cows disappeared.
