Feature Request: display chat count and limit when Discord link is shared on text chat

Hello!

When we paste a Discord server link to text chat it will shows something like that:

Some games, like Destiny 2, requires an specific number of players to play an activity ("raid" activity, for instance, requires 6 players). So the servers are created with this limit, for instance, but to have sure about the current limit (before you click to enter) we should check the servers list.

So my suggestion is place this same information after the indication on text chat, for instance:

With that will be easy to identify how much vacancies an activity have without you have to check entire servers list.
