Make a setting that does not affect users name color

I am a manager of new discord server, we have colored roles which has different requirements and we want to make it that the better role you have the more red the color becomes. But the problem arrives when I realized that we have a lot of other roles such as "Admin", "Mod", "Helper", "Subscriber", "Follower", "Legend" etc. These are special roles that you can get by being a friend, guessing a riddle and stuff like that. So I made a kinda sorting system to divide the roles. But the problem is that the color that the dividing roles have makes the users name grey (#2f3136 <- that color) and it looks really damn awful. I would really love if a setting that lets you decide if you want a role to change a players name or not.
