Please add ADD FRIEND button that is accessible from every screen of Discord app

It's simple, every other communication app has this feature and its terrible design that only Jira new design can be close to.

You have a huge + button that is there... I don't believe people add more servers in a week then they add individual people. Add it as 3rd option to creating server, adding server ADDING A FRIEND.
I don't want to navigate to my friends in the menu to be able to add more people.

Also if I write FriendName #1234 it needs to be able to understand I mean FriendName#1234
