"Exclude" or "except" search operator for channels.

This feature would be useful in the case of which you would like to search for something specific "except" not in these channels. It would be like an inverse to the "in" search operator. At the moment, the only way to perform an action like this is by selection every channel with the "in" operator except the channel you would like to exclude, this not long and painstaking in larger servers.
