Feature Request: Built-In Voice Changer

So here's something I thought about. You guys can make a feature which is a built in voice changer similar to Clownfish or Voicemod. You can lock it for Nitro or make it free. (Preferably free) This can help mobile users or people who dont trust downloads like that.
