Can't hear a person in a server voice channel and only him (sometimes) and have to leave and rejoin the vc

I can't hear my friend at random and i have to leave and enter the voice call to hear him again. It happens at random and I have no idea why it happens. Everyone other than me can hear him, and even if he leaves and rejoins i can't hear him. I have to leave and enter again

    It happens to me as well, the audio of others talking will randomly cut out and then I have to leave and join. It happens to all my friends as well.
