Call auto Accepting

It should be possebile to make seartion Users call you and you automaticly Accept the call, and i have found noving like this in the client so if it exist pls tell me

    that would be terrible. its difficult to articulate but its sort of a privacy concern like the same reason you cant deafen yourself but keep your mic on, also its just not a good idea. if you want something like that then just create a server with one voice channel so that you can just sit in there and the other person can join whenever they want.

    Yes please! The only program that has done this to my knowledge is Skype -- and it was a game changer for me. But with Discord being better for me in the long run I had to abandon Skype and the auto-pick up feature. I've written this on another similar thread, but since this is a recent post I'll put it here as well! It still applies now as well:

    I used to use Skype over Discord for this feature despite preferring Discord for other things, but after issues with Skype I had to move to Discord fully which sadly doesn't have this option yet. Me and my boyfriend are long distance at the moment and having the option to be able to pick up automatically had helped my anxiety a lot in the past. Even if I'm away from my screen and he called me he'd be there when I got back. It was easier for both of us to just get on and call without any worry of missing it. I can see the benefits of using it for other important things like dog monitoring, baby monitoring, even house security, work related things, or just helping anxious people like myself with little things ♥

    Adding to this though -- if this feature was implemented it would be worth having it as an option we could select for individual people? Maybe a part of the dropdown you get when clicking on a friend? Or just a whitelist system in the settings maybe. For people who have a lot of friends or use discord to talk to work colleagues/clients it would be unfortunate to have the feature either completely on or off. I'd want a select person/people I trust to be able to call me and have my discord pick up for me, but ideally I don't want random people I've added to be able to call me on accident and then just poof they are in call with me. Though I'd still prefer that to nothing at all.


    Tl;dr: Long paragraph to say I really would love to have this feature implemented!

    I understand privacy concerns, but at the same time the user would have the control to turn it on and off and ideally be able to white-list/choose who it will auto-pick up for as I mentioned. In my case, it would by my partner! For others it could be for family members or colleagues.
