Public Party Rooms

Basically, A person on their account can open a “room” that is open to anyone who has friended the person. You might ask “why not just have a server?” Well, some people might only want to have a one day specific event like maybe a concert, virtual B-Day, or even just a chill session, without forcing people to make long term commitments (maybe not that extreme) to a server. Think of it like a public voice chat anyone on your friend list can join. While bot support could be cool, I imagine this feature would be niche; I would personally use this to get people together to mess around, mix my friend groups, and overall just to basically do a private livestream of sorts.
