Be able to block/disable games/applications that automatically get noticed by Discord

To be more clear, there is currently a games list in Discord that shows what can show up as your now playing status. Whenever I remove ShareX or other applications (installed through steam) from that list, they sometimes re appear in that list.

On that off chance it does permanently stay out of the list, any time I use ShareX while in a game e.g. minecraft, it will remove the now playing status until I refocus on the game, also reseting the time played status.

Having a block list can also help see what you have removed so if you ever want to re add it back later on, you can. Also the list can prevent disturbance on other apps with the previously mentioned play time and status.
