Streaming on Mobile while speaking through your PC

I have an good idea, because mobile streaming came out for a while. For example i have an Laptop that isn't strong enough to stream on Discord, while playing games (or is not strong enough to play games). So what if it's possible to stream games on your phone while talking trough your PC/Laptop?

  This also would be nice because we then also can stream e.g. iPad Noteability while talking to colleagues over the PC.
