Streamer Mode: Voice Channel Improvements

As a user who enjoys spending time in voice channels, I think there are some UX tweaks that would benefit users in relation to voice calls that contain streamers.

I am very uncomfortable with the fact that someone could be potentially broadcasting my conversation without my knowledge. Yeah, it is the responsibility of the streamer to be courteous and inform people when they are being broadcast, but I think just a few small changes could be made to warn and protect users when a streamer fails to communicate the fact that they're live.

Similarly, I think these changes would serve to protect streamers. If a voice channel's members are informed that they are being broadcast, they may be more likely to avoid playing copyrighted music, use platform restricted language, or divulge sensitive/personal information.

My suggestions:

When someone who is currently live (and has streamer mode enabled) joins a voice call, play an altered or extended join sound to inform the channel's existing members that they are being broadcast. Similarly, if a user goes live while in a call, a similar auditory indicator could be used to communicate this to the channel's other members.

Add a visual indicator to the name or profile picture of the streamer in the list of voice chat members. There already exists the designs for the profile banner (which displays when you click someone's name or profile picture) and status indicator (which show in a server's member list and on a user's profile banner), but these are hidden to the members of the voice channel unless explicitly searched for.

Add a colored hint to the voice channel's title and member list to indicate that the channel is potentially being broadcast or recorded.

Of course, all of these options could be expanded. The indicators may need to adjust for cozy/compact, light/dark, etc. The functionality could be potentially controlled by a server admin on a per channel or ever per user level. (I see this being particularly useful for a streamer's public discord sever)
