Video and Voice connecting

When me and a couple of friends try to get onto our voice chat we cannot get into the chat. Always says connecting when we try to get in. We cannot even join streams, make a stream or show our cams. i know its not internet connectivity because we all have good connections. I also its not the computer because we turned off and turned on our devices. We know its the app itself because we deleted and re downloaded the app and it still does not rectify the problem. Please solve this.

    Happening here too. Everyone in the house is affected, and it also doesn't work when connecting by phone (over cellular data, not the wifi in the house). A few friends in nearby towns are also affected.
