Cant hear notification sound

So I cant hear if someone messages me or calls me. Cant even get discord to do task bar flashing. I can hear people in voice calls just fine.

I have tried reinstalling discord by deleting its files (found out it somehow still knows my login)

Enabling and disabling streamer mode. 

Checking my sound input/output.

Disabling the All the stuff in streamer mode.

Disabling and enabling all notification sounds.

And probably more that I cant remember.
