Perks for Discord veterans

I wouldn't describe myself as a Discord veteran, but I know some people that have been on a platform for a several years. Maybe they should have some additional perks? I'm not talking about real life stuff, but some extras on Discord. I think it would be nice if there was a badge that you get after one year of using Discord that evolves each year. Also, I'm sure experienced people would enjoy getting some of the Nitro benefits, for example animated emojis after about 3 years of being on the platform. They should be more appreciated for things that they have done on Discord. Some people have real impact on community and they should be rewarded. They would for sure enjoy some additional perks. :)
