Suggestion - allow certain roles to have 'all messages' push notification

I moderate a 'large server' according to discord, since 'all messages' push notification has been disabled I have missed very important messages in our mod-room and this is a problem as I can't be next to a computer all day as a mechanic. I suggest there be an option for owner/admins to allow certain roles to have 'all messages' enabled i.e owner/admin/moderator roles.

  I also have the same issue... due to Uni and Job I can't stick to a screen all the time and I missed some stuff lately.
  I'd like to at least have the option to get notifications.
