ACTUAL blocking please! Long overdue.

Blocking in it's current state is near useless. I have seen MANY threads requesting this for several years, yet Discord has not implemented any solid fixes. Discord gets so much right but falls flat on this very crucial feature. If I block someone I DO NOT WANT THEM TO BE ABLE TO SEE MY MESSAGES. FULL STOP It's incredibly stupid that someone I have BLOCKED can read what I post! And respond! That's literally not what blocking should entail. Currently the block feature functions more as a weak mute option. Please give us blocking that actually functions like a block should. Not only is it a basic feature that pretty much every social app or site has done far better, it's a matter of safety at times. Blocking a stalker or harasser doesn't do jack diddly if they can still read all your things in a server they share with you. Also should have the option to entirely remove any indication that a blocked person said something instead of drawing attention to it with an unsightly message.
