Disable drag-and-drop file uploading with a Voice Chat selected

Currently, if you have a voice chat's window up on your Discord Client, and you drag and drop a file onto it, it will attempt to upload the file to the voice chat, and obviously fail in the process. This is apparently not a bug, but a feature request to disable drag-and-drop uploading while a voice chat is selected.
