You should give 3 months Nitro free at first.

Pls It would be good if u gave nitro to everyone nitro for 3 months free then ask them to pay and also do it for old users because the don't want to make new accounts because they will lose their server and other things

  I think 3 months is a bit lengthy, and people could easily recreate accounts and show proof to server admins / owners to get their roles back, this would definitely be heavily abused.
