(REQUEST) Being able to change the default mention (ping) setting when replying.

It’s actually surprisingly annoying how you can ping someone accidentally when replying to a message. Since the default setting is on, it happens quite a lot. In my opinion, you should be able to toggle the default setting, allowing you to prevent situations like that from happening.

  Certainly.

  Maybe both an option to have the ping off by default and an option to ignore reply pings.

  I took a break from my sandbox game build to put my two coins behind this idea.

  This setting should at least be preserved. If I toggle the ping it should stay off the next time I reply to someone.
