Embedding a website within Discord

Hello,

I am looking to see if it is possible to embed a website within one of the channels on my Discord server.

We have set up a MC server and got a live map on a website, just wondering if it would be possible to embed that link onto a channel so it is always there?

Has anyone tried doing this? Is there any guides I could follow? I have not found anything like that while searching the net but maybe someone has any ideas of how to do it?
