a keybind option to make all people less loud by an x percentage

This will help you while watching youtube videos, instead of deafening yourself you can just click 1 button and have everyone lower so you can focus on your youtube video while not missing out on conversations!

for example first click the channel is lowered by -40% and the 2nd click it's back to normal.
This also could work the other way around that it's increased by an x percentage
