Add a report button for Games which have issues with Discord Overlay

Add a button within the Game Activity menu or Within the Discord overlay itself so that users are able to report Game specific issues for Discord Overlay. Such as Apex Legends currently has an issue where the mouse won't lock correctly, allow people to click a button to Report these issues to Discord so that Discord might be able to look / review them.
