Show offline members again

I need the ability to see ALL members in the sidebar to be able to moderate properly. The members list in settings NEVER WORKS and is NOT a solution to this problem. At the bare minimum, make this a togglable option. I'm going to get rid of nitro, delete my server, and leave discord over this if it can't be fixed. My server is going to go to crap anyway because I can no longer moderate properly. The main problem is that I remove newbies after 3 days if they don't verify but frequently I will have literal pedophiles come into my server and now if they set their status to invisible, they can hide and dm people and I can't do anything about it. I need to be able to see ALL members in a room regardless of if they're online or not. This is a massive problem that needs to be fixed now.
