Directional Audio Adjustment

Allow users to change which direction the voices of other users are coming from.

I made a script for me and my friend to use in Minecraft that takes the coordinates from the game and uses that to adjust the volume of the other users depending on where they are. I.e far away is muted or very low and close by they are 100% volume. However you can't tell which direction they are from your position. I believe that other implementations of Minecraft proximity chat are able to do this however they use competing voice chat software, so adding directional audio to Discord would allow for it to have more use cases to compete with Mumble etc.
