How long does discord support take to respond?

I sent in age verification over 9 days ago and I haven't heard anything from them other than the initial automated message. Do they normally take so long to respond or did they miss/ignore my ticket?

  I honestly would be willing to wait for several weeks. Submitting duplicate tickets just seems counterproductive to me.
