Global Overlay Mode

A global overlay mode, where you can see the discord overlay all the time even outside of games would be really cool for obvious reasons.

It would even make switching from/to fullscreen applications much smoother.

Also providing an option to make it untouchable outside of games would erase the problem of the overlay getting in the way of something you want to interact with (when in-game, interaction is wanted; outside of games, depending on the user, rather not so much).
