2 BIG problems with Nitro(and with purchases in general)

So the first one is very simple.

Imagine this situation: you have a tag, like 2355, you buy nitro, but you DON'T change your tag. After your nitro runs out, you tag gets randomized. BUT WHY?

I have 8210 tag, I set it to 9869, then after 2-3 days I changed my mind, set it back to 8210, and now what I see, is that my tag change to 79xx something. BUT WHY? Why is that, if you leave your tag what it was before, Nitro suddenly randomizes is.

For ppl, like Youtubers who tend to have their Discord in their vids' description, it's really frustrating to change your new name everywhere(I personally have it on PMC, Youtube, Reddit, and on other social medias).

It would be so much smarter, if your tag wouldn't change if it's the same before you bought Nitro...

 

The second is with security. It would be so much better if you would have the option to verify your purchases via email or SMS. I once got token logged and charged 300$(!). Fortunately, the support team(you guys are awesome) helped me get my money back.

But still, it would be more secure, if you get an email or SMS when you try to buy nitro, so you can verify, that "yes, this is me, now gimme my Nitro". It would be even better for ppl sharing Discord accs, and for children.

Dear parents listen, wouldn't it be better, if your children couldn't buy Nitro accidentally if a card or PayPal is connected to their account? So verifying purchases would be good for 2 things.

 

If one of these "bugs" will get solved in the upcoming updates, that would be a big YES for me :p

    Yeah, Discord has a real lack of security when you're logged in. It's nice when you're trying to change something quick, but it's a bitch when you get token logged.
