Discord support isn't responding to my tickets
So the day was 21st January 2021, my discord account got stolen. I submitted the ticket the same day. The first time they responded, after a couple of emails, they basically said that it was my fault and they won't do anything. I still had a couple of questions regarding my stolen account but to this day, they didn't respond to my emails. So I created the second ticket in which I just gave feedback about my disappointment in the discord support. They responded, said they're sorry and unfortunately they couldn't answer my questions in the second ticket because it was sent from a different email address. So I did as they told me to do and created the third ticket on the 30th of January. To this day (14.02.2021) I didn't get any emails from them (yes, I forwarded it to the real humans, not to the bot). That's really disappointing because they helped me almost instantly with the first ticket and now they are just dodging me or something. Those kinds of situations shouldn't exist when it comes to stolen accounts and user private data.
I have no idea what to do next. This post will be probably buried under thousands of different posts and other tickets will be probably just ignored.

I understand that it's a difficult situation, but try to understand Discord too. They receive many requests everyday, so It's hard to fix all of them.

I have the same issue since January 26, 2021, I reported my account was Hacked, I've received 2 responses and no resolution.

Same my account got hacked 2 days ago and no response in every way the admins and the mods said it will take time but after 2 days still no response

Discord disabled me haven't responded yet they need to be better

They throw all my tickets into the completed status, even despite them, I can send a ticket and in a day or two it flies to the completed status, but the acc is still disabled and there is no response in the ticket
