Notification timeout

I would like to have an option to make notification popups for messages appear longer (some might like it shorter). I want a longer time because it's frustrating to read half what the popup says then it disappears. Of course I can go into Discord to find the rest but often the information in the popup would be enough until I next want to visit Discord.

A shorter time would act for others as less disruptive alert, for those who just want to know there is a new message. If I was on an intensive job I would use it myself to reduce distraction while I was working.
