How do I stop Pressure Vessel (part of Steam) from showing up in my Discord game activity?
Discord on Linux has this absolutely terrible habit of picking up on random background apps and displaying them as games, and also for some reason displaying literal executable names instead of the actual window title or friendly name. Of course, since I have Steam installed, Steam's background services have a bad habit of showing up in discord and it prevents my other statuses from displaying properly. When I actually do try to play a game, or listen to music, it just says pressure-vessel-launcher. And if I'm away from my computer and not doing anything, it still says it. Discord won't let me blacklist it, and I can't remove it because the X next to it under Settings > Game Activity won't appear while the thing is still running.

I have this same issue, using Steam and the Discord desktop app on Pop OS. I've had people ask me what pressure-vessel-launcher is because it looks like I'm playing it all the time

That's not even an issue just with Linux.
Discord on Windows finds programs such as Wallpaper Engine as well, Discord really needs to add a feature to blacklist a program from showing up in the game activity…0
