Add a toggle to remove the new "Go Live" feature

The feature takes up space in the channel and direct messages scroll area and takes up too much space. Please add a toggle to remove it completely for people who have zero intent to use it.

  I agree, it is quite the nuisance when I have no intent in using the feature in a normal setting. And definitely don't need it shoved down my throat if i already know the feature is present.
