Text channel unread status lingers on deleted messages

Channel has new message status even if message that triggered it was later deleted.

Here is a common scenario:

A user joins server and posts in multiple channels, gets banned. Now every text channel has unread status without actual messages to read.

Related issue: Unread message count on every channel - count would show 0.
