More Channel editing variety

Whenever someone puts an interactive channel link in the chat, ex. #general; The administrators should be able to right-click on the interactive link and see the popup that lets you edit the channel. eg. someone says "do this in #media, and then an admin right clicks on the interactive link, and they are able to edit the channel from there or at least Fastrack to the page that lets you edit it.
