Nuevo permiso para los roles

Que creen un Rol, "Administracion de bots", asi se le puede otorgar este permiso a un rol dandole el poder a los que lo tengan, que puedan usar comandos administrativos de un bot Ya que actualmente para eso se debe, de otorgar el Rol "Administrador" y llega a ser peligroso otorgar ese permiso solo para controlar ese tipo de comandos en bots

    Some bots already have a permission role that you add for that user to have full access to that bot, but not all bots have this feature.

    Discord already has a rough scrap of this feature,you may specify a permission integer in your bots Oauth2 link,this will create a role which only the bot can have
