Make anchor links to messages a proper feature
While it is possible to enable developer mode to access the "Copy Message Link", I do not believe that this is good enough. Seeing a link like https://discordapp.com/channels/00000000000000000/000000000000000000/000000000000000000 is very non-descriptive. When posting such a link, I would like to see a small embed that says something like "Message by username in #channel". I would also like this functionality to be available by default and more prominent instead of being hidden behind the developer mode.
I see it as being useful in the following situations :
Pointing people to a specific resource in a resource channel.
Linking to announcements in the general channel to draw more attention and spark discussion.
Make it easier to follow conversations in servers that enforce strict discussion and content separation into various channels. There are servers that are very stringent on enforcing posting things in the right channel (i.e. videos in video channel) which forces conversations to be fragmented across various channels and prevents people from posting things in-context. I have seen many conversations be killed that way, not to mention that it makes it very difficult to catch up on conversations later. Being able to link to messages from other channels would help alleviate that.
Just making it easier to refer to things that were said a long time ago or even to reply to specific messages posted a while ago.

it should be hidden when you don't have access to the pointed channel for example 0 -
This is very essential for open source communities on discord, and probably all communities.
Having a link to share outside of Discord, that shows a preview, and opens as a Discord web interface anchored at the linked message is a very welcome feature.
It exists for Matrix chat (Riot), Telegram, Slack, and many others.
On Discord message id links simply don't work.

I'm amazed that Discord still lacks so many simple features.
