I think discord needs to add this ASAP cause I'm tired of having the most bot like responses when I have a severe issue that they respond with the same way as the annoying bot(s). We don't need a copied and pasted answer! We want an actual human to help us especially when their 'advice' does absolutely nothing to help fix a problem...
