Custom window focus for video streaming

I am a mod of a few servers and a great idea socially would be to have a sort of movie night where someone can stream what they have on VLC or iTunes, or whatever media player they have.

    it worked for a minute, now I cant get VLC to stream in discord but the stupid win 10 Movies and TV app works, which I hate cause it does not play most of my stuff
