Accessibility for emojis

Just as simple as adding the option to change emoji sizes, like we can with text. Or blow up emojis on mouse over. Something that would allow a better view of custom emojis for the partially blind. Everyone else would benefit too!

  This would be incredibly helpful for me and a lot of my friends. Even if you have perfect vision a lot of emotes are hard to read, and thus even more so if you don't.
