Channel/User specific narrator

There are people out there that are mute so some people use the narrator to make it easier for them to also hear what they write in chat so they don't need to look at the chat all the time which can get kinda annoying when playing games.

It would be cool to give the narrator an extra setting where you can add channels or dms or group chats or also only messages from one user which are being narrated. Only those will be read out loud by the narrator and the chat doesn't have to be open for that to happen.

Why would that be cool? When you have multiple people like this or get a private message while being in a group call or on a server you can't hear the message from that person. I also don't want to set my narrator to be always active since there are many servers I don't need to listen to.

This feature would be pretty neat. Making it easier for people around mutes and for the mutes themselves.
