Can you make it so the desktop version sends notifications even if the user does not have the app open because I cannot afford having discord constantly open when i work and i cannot know when people send me messages or ping me which is quite frustrating, getting notifications on mobile is not as efficient as just notifying me while i'm on the computer.

  You mean you want to receive notifications without booting the app? I don't think that's possible, how can the app know when you get new messages if it's not running?
