Remove the Help button from Overlay.

It currently does nothing (due to a bug). But overall 99.9% of people will not use the Help button, especially within something like the Overlay. It takes up space on the top bar which is limited in size due to being in game, and has no purpose in overlay as won't be used/provide Overlay specific help.
