pfp disabling for admins

I have a feeling this won’t be too popular, but it could be good for admins to be able to disable (not change) a persons pfp in that server specifically. I see this being used in a situation where the pfp is offensive, but unlike a nickname they cannot change it themselves.

  To be honest, this kind of feels redundant. Just an NSFW toggle, which would be much better in general, would solve this problem.
