Ability to have messages what's posted in channel out to Twitter

I've been looking online and asking around but to no success. There is currently the ability to have something posted on Twitter to post in Discord using a webhook. I'd like to reverse that possibility. 

Basically there's a channel in our discord that only certain messages are posted in there. I would like the option that whatever is posted in that channel in Discord, also get tweeted out. Is there something out there that does it?

    Sounds like something you’d have a bot do.

    Well Kendra, that is something I've def tried to look for a bot to do, but unable to locate one to do so. If anyone knows of one that does it, that would be helpful.

    Well, one year later and here I am, searching for the exact same Discord -> Twitter functionality, only to find the reverse Twitter -> Discord solution all around.

    In the end, I made it work with Zapier.com, exactly to my expectation. A slight time delay is of no issue to me. Give it a try.

    I can't seem to get Zapier to send messages to Discord via Twitter.

    Test results:

    Role already set to allow manage webhook.
