Voice Presets Profiles

What: Allow users to create voice profiles for certain people (e.g. friends, roles, etc.). 

Why: 

1. People use Discord on different devices and therefore the microphone can be different, be it quieter or louder.
2. Certain types of people aren't wanted/needed to be so loud..

How: 

1. Right click on User Volume
2. Choose a profile and give option to name the profile. E.g., for default User Volume Profile: "User Volume Profile 1, 2, 3, etc." E.g.2 for custom User Volume Profile: Allow users to type in whatever they want like Mobile, PC 1, PC 2, etc.
3. Save
4. Choose a preset
