Cross channel contact

Hello,

Is it possible to contact users between channels on the discord without having to switch to a specific channel, I will give an example below,

Channel 1:
-Leader

Channel 2:
- Person 1
- Person 2
- Person 3

Channel 3:
- Person 4
- Person 5
- Person 6

As Leader, I have contact only with Person 1 and Person 4 without having to go to the channel below, is it possible to do something like that? :( Same like in TS3, that function will be great on discord and much help for better organization for clans in a lot of games :)
