invite without dm feature

I think it would be a great idea to have a way to give people an invite to a server without dm's, the way it will work is that the person getting an invite will receive a notification, they can either accept or decline it, if they accept it, the person giving the invite will get a notification that the other person accepted it, if they didn't they get a notification saying the person declined the invite.
